"President Zelenskyy Meets with President Biden at the White House"

The 20th coin in President Biden’s Historic Moments Series honors the second in-person meeting between Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and President Joe Biden at the White House on September 21st, 2023. This will be President Zelenskyy’s second visit to Washington since Russia invaded Ukraine in February 2022.
During a one-day event on Capitol Hill, President Zelenskyy will meet with lawmakers who will be asked to continue to support his nation's defense against Russian aggression. After visits with senators and bipartisan House leaders, President Zelenskyy will meet with President Biden in the Oval Office, followed by an expanded bilateral meeting in the East Room with Vice President Kamala Harris. First Lady Jill Biden and First Lady Olena Zelensksa will also be part of the visit.
President Zelenskyy is also expected to visit the Pentagon where he will meet with U.S. military leaders. During the visit, President Biden will announce an anticipated military package during what is expected to be a brutal winter of Russian airstrikes against innocent Ukrainians with devastating effects.
President Biden has reiterated his support for Ukraine, emphasizing that “Russia alone bears responsibility for this war” during a recent speech at the United Nations General Assembly in New York City. Since Russia invaded Ukraine in February 2022, President Biden has continued to firmly call on leaders at home and around the world to stand strong with Ukraine.
If Ukraine falls, so too, Democracy.

Our CEO, Anthony Giannini, will visit the Ukraine Embassy to present the first $50,000.00 support check to the Ukraine House in November of 2023, an ongoing philanthropic initiative to support Ukraine from the Official White House Gift Shop Est. 1946.
We are honored to share with you that the #1 and #2 coins for our entire Ukraine commemorative coin collection, including the Christmas & Epiphany coin, have been presented to President Zelenskyy and First Lady Olena Zelenska.
