I called the customer service line and spoke with Rachel with several questions related style and manufacturer of the flag lapel pin. Rachel was knowledgable and very helpful with answering all my questions and offering a recommendation on best pin to order to fit my needs. She spent as much time with me as needed to get the correct order. I did not feel rushed and Rachel made me feel that all my questions were appropriate. The pin is beautifully made and is a gift for my brother. I know he will love it. It was wonderful to talk to a live person, one who was so pleasant -thank you Rachel
