Rachel was knowledgable and very helpful with answering all my questions and offering a recommendation on best pin to order to fit my needs. She spent as much time with me as needed to get the correct order. I did not feel rushed and Rachel made me feel that all my questions were appropriate. The pin is beautifully made and  is a gift for my brother. I know he will love it. The flag I purchased from the gift shop is absolutely perfect! I have worn a flag pin proudly every day since 09/11, and this flag pin is the best I have ever seen.
