Excellent customer service! September 27, 2016 Reviewer: Maura OBrien from West Roxbury, MA United States   I was disappointed to learn that the Barack Obama autographed rosewood pens were no longer available but Rachel saved the day! She pointed out several items on the website that would be good alternatives for gifts to bring to Kenya. She didn't rush me to make a decision and she was very helpful in explaining the differences between the various Obama paperweights and the packaging. I'm sure my friends in Kenya will be thrilled!
