Numerous item purchases December 4, 2015 Reviewer: W Michael Murphy from Waldorf, MD United States   I am very happy with the quality of service, the product quality and the problem resolution program in place with the gift shop.  I am a long time customer and have never had a problem that wasn't  vigorously pursued and "made right."  My coins arrive with a proper count, and great quality and I give them as gifts to my Masonic fraternities and even the fraternity in the Philippines. and Korea and such.  I am highly satisfied and Rachel takes the time to return calls and assure customers their concerns will be handled with alacrity.
