The new Foundation will be a 401(c) titled: United States Federal Law and Intelligence Officers Foundation. Individual members are eligible for assistance of all federal law enforcement entities, investigative or operative units of the U.S. Intelligence Community, all investigative or Intelligence Units of the U.S. Military, Federal Criminal Court Judges & Federal Criminal Court Prosecutors if injured or killed consequent of cases related to America's national security.
