FOR CREDITS/REFUNDS ON RETURNS, when your return is received and inspected at our White House Gift Shop Customer Return Center, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment usually within 72 hours. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Customer agrees that an order is fulfilled when carrier order tracking indicates a customer's package was delivered to the address provided by customer.
