Description   Each year, we design and commission a new ornament in the White House Gift Shop annual Holidays & Christmas Ornament Collection, often referred to by serious collectors as the Secret Service series for 25 years because of the Secret Service & White House Police origin of this exceptional set in 1946 with the years 1991 to 2017 available now. In 2017, we will restore the "lost years" from 1946 to 1990 based on interviews with retired Secret Service members from all divisions as well as archival material that we will use to reconstruct the designs of the lost years - making this collection the largest of its kind in White House history. The entire collection is shown in the ornament and model collage -- 24 years of history in 25 individual boxes including the 2014 White House ornament in 3-D, finished entirely in 24KT gold, all made in the USA by the official ornament makers. Historical information cards included with each individually boxed ornament. A new White House, Presidential, or Historically themed ornament is added each year.
