More than the way you handled everything, you have the right people making it happen! Rachel could not have been more helpful! It was like she was anticipating issues and how to make it right before anything even happened. I've worked in customer service and now deal with people on a regular basis and nothing makes or breaks a reputation like the people on the front lines.

My experience was better than excellent, and I have made it a point to share my story with any friend who asks about the glasses. They are a conversation piece and the conversation usually starts with how Rachel made it all happen.

Extremely satisfied and very thankful for such an easy and pleasant experience.
